VintageOur Refund Policies

We want you to be happy when you receive your items and we do our best to answer all of your questions and give you detailed descriptions of all of our items, however, we do not force our buyers who are not happy with their purchases to keep them. Please read the descriptions of each item you are interested in buying from us and if you are still uncertain of the condition or any other questions that you may have please either contact us via phone or email us.

If you would like to return a product that you ordered from us, please, feel free to contact us to let us know. You may ship your item back to us but we do not offer a refund on the fees that you incur for return shipping unless, of course, something that we did caused the items that you received to be incorrect for example, sent, wrong order, not as described, or something that was our fault. In those cases the cost of return shipment will be reimbursed.

If you received an item from us that was not in the condition that we described in our listing, we will refund your purchase price as well as any and all shipping costs back to you once the item has been returned. If it is our fault, we will honor our mistake, and you can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to correct that mistake.

How To Ship Back To Us
We do ask that you package your returns carefully so that no damage occurs during the return delivery process. Unfortunately, if the return is not in the same condition that it was in when it was sent, we may not be able to refund you for the full amount of the purchase. We do keep all of the original photos of each item and its description in our database so that we are able to verify the original item prior to shipping and upon return should one occur.

Another good method to practice when returning is to ask for delivery confirmation at your post office. This will confirm that your package was sent and offers tracking information that you can check online or at your post office to ensure that the delivery of your package made it back to us.

Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery times can be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. We offer the shipping options by USPS and include the estimated shipping times that we were given by USPS. However, there can be some delays during those transits that may be out of our control. Holiday seasons, for example, can really slow down delivery times. Be sure to allow enough time for your delivery to be received by ordering early, or requesting an upgraded shipping method during checkout. You will receiving tracking information that is put on each package that we send out to you. That tracking number and a link to the USPS to check the transit information is provided to all buyers for all items that we ship when you receive our shipping email. We ship Monday through Friday except USPS holidays. If you placed an order with us prior to 3PM central time your order will be shipped that day and you will ALWAYS receive a shipping notification via email. If your order was paid after 3PM it will be shipped the next day.

We apologize for any delays however, we can not refund you for those delays that are out of our control.

Return Deadlines
Returns must be made within 2 weeks after you received your items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped later than 2 weeks from the original date of arrival to you. In those cases of extreme or specific circumstances between us and the buyer we may opt to honor a refund but it will be at our sole discretion after that two-week period has passed.
