Payment Information
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
1. Click the ADD button of the item you wish to add to your cart.
2. Once you are finish shopping, click on Checkout in the upper right hand corner of the home page of the website.
3. Add your email and any password you choose.
4. Add address information including where you want to ship to if that is different.
5. Choose the type of payment method you prefer from the drop down menu. All information is encrypted and we do not see your Credit Card Information. You will remain on our website when using the Master Card Visa payment option. If you choose to use PayPal option you will be taken to our secure gateway on PayPal to complete your payment information. You can come back to the site after that process is completed.
What Type Of Payment Options Do We Offer?
PayPal
Accepts all major credit cards, E-checks, and debit cards. You do not need to have an account with to use PayPal. All international payments will be converted to U.S. currency.
PayPal provides does all the secure processing and is encrypted for payments received from our buyers. We never receive your personal credit card information. Once that payment has been made the processor will send us a notification that we have received payment for your order.
Here is a screen shot of how to use PayPal. Once you are in that window, go to the left side where it says don't have a PayPal account? Checkout using a credit card. This process is really easy and just requires that you add your credit card info to complete the payment. You never need to sign in or sign up for services by using the left side of this form.

Master Card And Visa
We can take any Master Card or Visa credit or debit card right on our website without your having to leave and fill out too much of anything but your credit card number, expiration date and the three digit pin on the back of your card that is your verification number. This option is also in our drop down menu for payment options. I use a SSL and all credit card payments are encrypted.
Money Orders Or Cashier Checks
We accept money orders or cashier checks from all U.S. buyers. Unfortunately we do not accept them from our International buyers due to the currency conversions. If you are sending a money order or cashier check can hold your order for up to 7 days awaiting your payment. If we do not hear from you or receive your payment within that time period we will cancel your order. You will receive a cancel order email or you can contact us prior to the 7 day limit and let us know what is up and what we can do to help you. We will not hold any order past 14 days.

Call In Orders
We do accept call in phone orders from our buyers M-F from 8A-5P, Central Time. All call in orders must be made with a credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa for call in orders.
Privacy Information
Disclosure of Information Policy
We will never make your e-mail address or any other private information about you available to any other company or organization. It is private information and it will remain secure with us. We will use it only to make contact with you related to our transactions and support.
Secure Shopping
We use a SSL which basically assures all information that you enter rather it be your name, address, phone, email, credit card, it is on a secure connection and we display that certification on our home page of our website. What this means is that your information does not show up in our log files on our site and the SSL certificate protects all your information.

DO WE CHARGE A HANDLING FEE?
We are currently not charging any handling fees for using our payment options.
WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM A BUSINESS COMPANY EMAIL WHILE AT WORK
We try to answer all of our customers emails within 24-48 hours and most of the time they receive a reply sooner, however, we do get filtered by many business companies. This can cause our reply not to be received due to the company policies on filters and blocks placed on outside company emails. Please consider that this may happen to you. When trying to contact us, awaiting reply from us, or even if you may be having trouble during checkout please consider that the problem could be the email account that you are using. If it is a company email that provides filters due to that company’s regulations, these types of transactions will more than likely get blocked. Please send us a private email address for transactions with you. We might lose you in the process without your cooperation on this and we really don't want to!
WE CONFIRM ALL ORDERS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE
Once we receive an order from our buyers, we will update that order and you will get an automated response stated that your order has been paid for, shipped, pending, etc. By request, we will offer you the tracking information for your order.
